was on a night ride around part of the Greenway. As I came up towards the Hitchin Road, around a corner, I was met by a Barn Owl sitting at the side of the cycle track.
It remained there long enough for me to grab my phone out of a pocket and fire off a couple of shots. It then took off silently and headed away over the fields.
