W/aux_dropcap]e went up to Nottingham for Cathryn’s graduation.
She achieved a first class honours degree in psychology and was presented with her degree in the city centre theatre.
I took a few shots on the walk from the car park to the venue.
Visiting Cambridge
had a visit up to Cambridge. I took the bike on the back of the car and cycled in from the park & ride.
I took a few pics around the familiar places and also a couple in the shopping centre.
Powercam & the Town Hall
had a little play around with the Powercam app today. All these shots were taken with Powercam which has a range of quite quirky filters.
The beauty of the app is that you can see the filters live on screen before you take the shot, so you know exactly what it will look like, unlike the apps such as Hipstamatic where you have to wait until after you take the shot to see that effect the filter will have.
London Underground
ane and I went to the theatre in London.
As usual, I took a few shots on the way. All of these except the blue one of the lad waiting opposite a train were taken on the Tube.
The shot of the lad in the backpack was take at Letchworth Railway Station as we waited for our train to London. I processed it on the phone during the journey in to London.
