Opening Night

n the 19th June I was invited to the opening night of the short movie I was the stills photographer for back in the summer of 2014.

“Hand it Back” is an independent film shot in Letchworth. It received its world première at the Broadway Cinema in Letchworth as part of the Letchworth Festival.

The shot shows Director Robbie Gibbon, with the author, Elizabeth Adlington. The three main characters are pictured with a cake with one of my photos on it.

Camera Club

Camera Club at the Festival

n an effort to increase membership of the camera club, I organised our attendance at the opening day of the Letchworth Festival.

Normally, this event is well attended, there are stands and stalls around the Broadway which usually has bands playing on a large stage.

Unfortunately, the weather was awful, it rained all day long. Sadly the number of people attending the event was drastically reduced. We did manage to get a few people expressing an interest in joining the club.
